or the fact that ur hesitating means its wrong..? what if it's not wrong...its just normal fear..how can u tell?!!
Have u ever been in this situation..what did you do? What HapPeneD? and ofcourse here i mean a long-life commitment.. a decision that can chane ur whole life..not chosing between red or black shoes :P

Yes I've been. I think every body has.
*the right work, according to what I've read in books and hear from good people, is to follow the way that is closer to our dreams (if it's not definitely wrong of course).
*Salat Istikharah is a good way to find a calm situation(you know bette ^__^)
*in this situations I decide in a way that is right in my mind and my Heart -both- because we ,human beings, are brain and heart, logic and romantic both together. and ask God to help me.

i agree with ocean wave istikharah is the best thing to do if you're confused...inshallah ALLAH (SWT) will guide you to what is good for you.

logically we should choose long-term gains, but it depends on the gain.
sometimes, some seemingly short-term gains are not really "short-term". moreover, some gains can compensate some losses...
at the end... I always refer to my mind and heart together not to regret.
